About the role

In the role of Compliance Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and drive implementation of Compliance initiatives. You will develop and maintain compliance report covering GDPR, Information Security, Compliance and SBI. You will also executive internal audits within the compliance area, with supervision from your team members. Further, you will support the countries and functions in implementing and managing compliance tasks.

Examples of tasks

• Support to DPO, Information Security Officer and / or Compliance & SBI Officer
• Maintain overall risk reporting covering compliance area
• Maintain and update the Compliance Risk Matrix
• Follow up the organization from input from internal audits and reporting requests
• Support local countries and/or functions in review of processes and controls

Your team

You will join forces with a team of 1 manager and 3 skilled colleagues who has the same passion as you, to make things better. Our team are responsible for the compliance strategy in PostNord Strålfors covering Norway, Sweden, Finland and Demark. We have individual areas of responsibilities but will be working closely together as each of our areas has dependencies.

Competence requirements

• Master Sc. degree in a relevant area and/or at least 5 years practical experience
• Proven success in driving large and complex projects as Project Manager
• 3-5 years documented knowledge in working with Information Security, GDPR and/or Legal
• Working and assessing Risk Assessments
• Proven knowledge in implementing processes
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Auditor experience would be considered a plus
• Knowledge in training and performing training would be considered a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
